Recruitment without the numbers game.
There are plenty of recruitment businesses that can send you CVs. That's not the business I'm trying to build. Found-U specialises in helping growing SMEs recruit across Finance, Accounting and supporting functions, including Payroll — and how I work matters as much as the specialism.
Start a briefFewer assignments. More attention.
You don't need more CVs. You need more confidence in the people you're meeting. I built Found-U to do recruitment the way I believe it should be done: more than 15 years in Finance and Accounting, a deliberately selective assignment load, and one person accountable from brief to probation.

In a growing business, individual hires matter.
A new Finance Manager, Accountant or Payroll specialist isn't disappearing into a department of hundreds. They're joining a business where they can have a visible impact on how it operates and where it goes next. Which also means getting the hire wrong is expensive, disruptive and time-consuming.
So I want to understand the environment as well as the job description: where the business is going, what the team needs, and what the opportunity genuinely offers the person taking it.
I built Found-U to do this properly.
I'm Dominic Seabrook. I've spent more than 15 years in recruitment, specialising in Finance and Accounting, and I've seen what happens when the work becomes too focused on numbers. Too many vacancies, too many CVs, too little time spent understanding the people on either side of the decision.
Found-U is deliberately founder-led. If you engage me to recruit for your business, I'm the person you'll deal with throughout. It can grow. But I want the experience to remain personal.
One fee, on placement. Nothing up front.
No retainers for permanent roles, no advertising charges, no admin fees. And if the person doesn't pass probation, I find their replacement free of charge.

The more you tell me now, the fewer wasted conversations later. Send it over and I'll come back to you directly — usually within the working day.
