How I help candidates

More than an introduction.

Getting you an interview isn't the end of my job. If I'm introducing you to a business, I want you to understand the opportunity, know what you're walking into and have the confidence to show them what you're capable of.

Your CV tells me where you've worked. It doesn't tell me where you want to go. If I don't think an opportunity is right for you, I'll say so.

“You invested your time in the process. You deserve to get something useful back from it.”

— Dominic Seabrook, founder
How it works

Four stages, and you hear from me at every one.

01
An honest conversation

What you're looking for, what matters to you, and where your experience could realistically take you next.

02
Opportunities explained properly

The business, the team and the opportunity as it actually is. If it isn't right for you, I'll say so.

03
Preparation, and a mock interview where useful

Not scripted answers. Enough practice to walk in knowing what to expect and show them who you are.

04
Communication, then feedback

You'll hear from me as the process develops. And where I can get useful feedback afterwards, I'll give it to you.

And if I can't place you?

I still want our conversation to have been worthwhile.

That might be advice about your CV or LinkedIn profile. It might be a conversation about where you should be looking. It might simply be an honest view of the market. I'd obviously love to find you the right role — but I'd rather you get the right opportunity, whether it's through me or not.
